Thank you.

The Kern California Turtle & Tortoise Club was founded by Linda Moore and became a branch in April "98", then went on to become a Chapter a year later in April "99".

We currently have @109 members and meet at 7:00 PM every third FRIDAY of the month at :

St Philip of the Apostle Church" @ 7100 Stockdale Hwy. (North side, between Ashe and Gosford), Bakersfield, Ca. 93309

Signs will be posted.  All who are interested in the on-going care of these animals are welcome to attend ; membership not required to attend.

The Kern California Turtle & Tortoise Club is dedicated to the education of people about the preservation and conservation of turtles and tortoises throughout California.  Due to the location of our club, the California Desert tortoise is the species of main focus of our chapter , although many of our members own a wide range and  variety of different species.
